I love Debra. Yes sometimes you can wait to get into your appointment. But, if you do go to see her, and your appointment is for a short time period, say 15 minutes is blocked out for your appointment but you have questions or concerns, she extends your appointment until all of your questions are answered. I appreciate the fact that she is not rushing me out of her office to make her next buck...er, I mean to see her next patient. You can always call ahead to see if she is running "on-time". If not, they will let you know. I always take a book, so I don't mind the wait.

All of the advice they gave me was totally unbiased and very helpful. I was confident that I could trust her. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
