They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.

This is the fourth pulmo I haVe seen and also the worst. the docs in this group just go through the motions. they will write you scrips for oxygen and medications and then never follow up with managing if your prescribed oxygen levels and dosages need to be changed. they had me on a CPAP machine machine for years and never asked me how it was working out. I got a second opinion and found I had no sleep disordered breathing at all. told me once not to exert myself so I rapidly became deconditioned and suffered needlessly. A spcialized center he discourage me from going to told me that was flat out wrong advice and they sent me straight away to pulmo rehab. I think they are incompetent but all Premier docs refer to this group because Premier owns them. n. Not only were they unwilling to seek any sort of advice from anyone else when they didn't have an answer for me, they highly discouraged me from seeking anyone else's opinion. He has a smirking, condescending personality to make everything even worse. STAY AWAY!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
