The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
