The receptionist at this doctor's office is very careful to collect your co-pay, and is otherwise not very nice. She was uncooperative when my husband had emergency heart surgery and was in the cardiac ICU, and the hospital had accidentally thrown away his CPAP mask. She just could not help us; she was "too busy" to call the vendor and authorize a replacement mask. We finally called the vendor, who actually delivered a mask to the hospital as a courtesy.

This receptionist gives the doctor a bad name. She also tried to interfere with trying to get a reconciliation of our account when they owed us money. They have a billing department but she called and literally yelled at me about her right to collect a copay we did not owe.

The same receptionist called to try to solicit appointments I did not need. I had a negative sleep apnea test and she tried to set up a follow-up - for no reason. She then called me 6 months later for a "follow up" when I wasn't even a patient.
