They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. It seemed like they went out of their way to be respectful and courteous. Not only are they able to answer most of my questions over the phone, they're usually able to answer them right away. It's great to know I can get all my questions answered quickly and without scheduling an appointment. I barely spent any time in their waiting room, it was fantastic. I had just sat down in my chair before they called me back to see the doctor.
