They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate.
He entered the room, he talked over my head with his PA, like I was not in the room at all and I had to interrupt adn state, Excuse me I am right here, it is my health , my lungs and I have questions! Only then did he turn around and spoke to me. He also entered the room with latex gloves already on, and I am not sure if he used them on another patient in another room, hearing them hacking and caughing

I didn't feel safe at all under their care. They definitely didn't know what they were doing. One thing I noticed right away was how filthy their office was. I was afraid I was going to catch some rare disease just from being in there. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility. It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. He billed me for repeated office visits while I was in the hospital under another doctors care fore something I had not seen Rothstein for. When I complained to him, he told me that I would have to work it out with his staff. They never cancelled the fraudulent billing and ruined my credit when I would not pay. That clinic is a criminal operation.
