I visited Dr Jose Alvarez today for the first time. The staff was very professional and friendly. Too bad I cannot say the same hing about Dr Alvarez. He was very rude with me. I left the office in tears. Horrible experience. :(

One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. It was very difficult for me to get an appointment with them. I had to wait forever. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting.
