Over and above... the best! Incredibly well trained staff. Each person from the front desk, the "scheduler" in the back, the nursing staff, the respiratory therapists... every person was more than helpful, each making personal contact, creating a feeling of safety, making sure all my needs were met. And Dr. Kupperman is incredibly knowledgable, brought me in to the decision making process, and treated my overall health, not just my lungs! THANK YOU!!

Whenever I have an appointment, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. I never feel rushed or like they are only paying half attention. They really go out of their way to make sure I feel respected and appreciated. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I've heard of some doctors taking personal phone calls during appointments, but they've never done that here. I always have their full attention.
