They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. As a Registered Nurse with 30 plus years, I would not take my kids to anyone else or any other hospital (I have worked at U. of C. & Loyola). I still take my 21 yr. old son to Dr. C. Langman!
I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
I have been seeing Dr. Langman since I was 2 years old. Now I am an adult and I expressed my fears with visiting a different doctor after I turn 21, and he helped me find a new nephrologist that I can see once I am no longer able to see a pediatric nephrologist. He is the nicest doctor I have ever met, and he is also a fantastic teacher to the resident doctors he trains. :)
