There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

I'm a very open-minded and easy person to get along with but from the first appointment I had with Dr. Vedula, I knew there were going to be problems. On several occasions Dr. Vedula was very unprofessional and immature. I'm not going to list every problem that I had with her but I'll give a few examples. A few times she would interupt our appointment and answer personal phone calls on her cell phone while in the room with me. I can understand if there was an emergency she had to attend to but this conversation sounded more like a personal issue. She never explained things thoroughly but instead she would hand me a brochure so I could research the disease and treatments myself. I can honestly say that she was the absolute worse doctor I've ever encountered. From the start I figured that I could tolerate the problems I had with her but it got to the point where I couldn't handle it anymore. I ended up switching doctors after a couples months and am very happy I did. I highly recomend not seeing this doctor.
