There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
