They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
