They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I had surgery and will never have 100% use of my right arm,when I told him it wasn;t right he just gave me a cord.shot which made me sick he pushed it in all at one time. ended up at a doctor in pittsburgh who has been trying to help for the last 7 yrs just to keep me out of pain.This Doctor should not even be called a doctor..

Dr. MacPhail was kind, polite and easy to talk to with questions/concerns. I remember him taking one look at my ankle, barly holding it - before he even looked at an xray - and telling me I needed surgery. I said "no, it's broke - a cast, 6 wks & i'm done". He agreed to let me use an aircast for a week and when I returned the following Monday, he sent me straight to the hospital because it was snowing so hard (start of a blizzard that year) he worried I wouldn't make it back to Mt. Pleasant. Later that day, it put a bar & 7 screws in my ankle (still there) so that my ankle & leg bones would connect. Heck - I even remember the date (1/17/94) - HUGE earthquake in LA that year.
