Always tried to send in other office doctor who knows nothing about being an orthopedics surgeon just to read info off of my chart after I had surgery. I found this ridiculous and of course changed doctors immediately. There was over an hour wait time for each visit also.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
