After visiting with several surgeons for my lumbar spine, I met with Dr. Janssen. He was very knowledgeable and to the point. I felt very comfortable with his definitive answers to my questions. He was one of the few surgeons who was willing to talk about an artificial disc replacement. Before I left the office, I booked my appointment for a fusion and an artificial disc replacement and never had any doubts. Surgery was booked within a month. 4 months out from surgery, I cant be happier. No problems and no more pain. Dr. Janssen is amazing and I would highly recommend him to anyone contemplating back surgery!!

There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. They even rushed my surgery and never came back to tell my spouse I was done and ok. Didn't see them again until the next day when I showed them what they did to me (I can not say on this site as I have no proof as to which one did what they did) and they played stupid as if they didn't know they injured me. I will never return. His PA is WONDERFUL.
