The waiting room is spacious, but at times all of the seats are taken with people waiting for other doctors. The staff and surgeon seemed calm and understanding the entire time. Their office was easy to reach in an emergency and the surgeon eventually returned my call. I'm not happy with the results, but don't know of another facility or surgeon that would have done a better job.
