I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.
