The doctor explained everything to us. There was confusion as to when the surgery was to be scheduled. The doctor gave the impression that the procedure would take place soon, but after speaking with her secretary that wasn't correct. The secretary then said that she would be calling in December for a February surgery date. As of yet, we haven't been contacted and have left messages that have not been returned. Staff seems to be confused by what telephone number is to be called to reach a secretary. When you call that number it goes to the answering service and they say to call a different number. Not pleased with the timeliness of receiving information for surgery. We saw the Doctor in August 2013 and now it is January 2014. I feel the need to find another doctor for my sons very needed procedure
