I visited Dr. Kays office on August 6th 2021. I needed new glasses as I had broken mine. The eye exam revieled that I need a new presription as my vision had changed. I ordered the glasses at the office that day and and was told they would be in in 2-3 weeks. after 4 weeks and no call about my classes I called the office and left a message and have called many times since. I still have no glasses and can get no response from his office, it has now been 6 weeks.
