The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
