I called to try to set an appointment as a new patient. After staff asked me what insurance I had they put me on hold (I have great insurance). when they came back on the line 2 minutes later, she again asked me for the reason for the call and proceeded to put me on hold again. Finally she asked why I would like to see the Doctor. Bottom line, this was the rudest place I have ever called. I am in the service business and I thought I would try to use a local Dr.,Since she is new I thought they would appreciate new clients, guess I was wrong. Too bad.
