Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. I have waited over 3 months and 1 week just to get a pair of prescription sunglasses which is absurd and ridiculous to say the least. No one should have to wait this long. I have been a patient here for years and never waited so long. You also have to call about 4-6 months in advance if you want to schedule an appointment. Hours of service are not flexible and they close early most days. After 4 good luck. Next time I need an exam or especially a prescription I think I'll be going elsewhere.
