Stay away from this evil DEVIL. He is a drug pusher, evil, pill pushing murderer.... He killed both of my Brother William Jr. Age 55 in March of 2013 and my younger Brother Richard, Age 45 in January of 2006....Both died of heart failure. Both were patients of this incompetent kolalenko .
Both Brother had over 45 different prescriptions INCLUDING MORPHINE - OXYCONTIN -VALIUM-PERCOCET-TYLENOL WITH CODEINE - PILLS TO MAKE THEM SLEEP-PILLS TO WAKE THEM UP- PHYSIATRIC DRUGS JUST TO NAME A FEW.... I THINK THIS PILL PUSHING EVIL IS A COCAINE ADDICT..HE IS NOT EVEN AN MEDICAL DOCTOR JUST A PRESCRIPTION WRITING D.O..
