They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish.

My 17 month old and 4 year old were both sick this week, after I insisted that this was not the common cold (meanwhile my children both had 102 degree fevers, vomiting, and were extremely uncomfortbale) His reply was simply "Well i am just the doctor." To make a long story short, after a hospital visit for both my children one had a double ear infection, while the other had croup and a double ear infection. I guess this doctor doesn't know what he is talking about nor does he care about the children!!!!!!! The complete lack of compassion was surreal. I am so disheartened by his behavior, but I would reccomend other doctors in that practice.
