Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. Small office. Does not permit patient to use their bathroom. Directs you to use a bathroom outside of their office which is down the hall and is disgustingly dirty. You open that bathroom door and the nasty smells go right up your nose, it look like it has not been cleaned in eons. Appointment time is unacceptable. A 10 minute appointment takes hours. because of patient overload. They need to cut back on the number of patients they schedule in a a day. Also for a serious problem don't expect the doctor to call you back, he passes the buck to a nurse who could careless. .
