They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I felt so much more confident and informed going into surgery after they answered all of my questions thoroughly and in-detail. They made me feel much safer. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
