Horrible experience! Took my 13 year old daughter for acne they prescribed a $500 Retina skin cream and a name brand antibiotic 200 mg which she was to take 1/2 a day...so 100 mg a day. This antibiotic is not available in generic for 200 mg, but there is generic for 100 mg, which is the amount she was prescribed to take. For insurance to cover cost of the rx the way they wrote it a Dr pre auth was needed this was sent to their office w no response. The cost if the rx without insurance $!!! b. After numerous calls to dr office the dr finally prescribed 100 mg generic which cost only $!!! At refill time pharmacy sent request dr office sent wrong rx for name brand again, pharmacy contacted them advised that i wanted generic 100 mg again , dr office responded for a generic rx my daughter would have to be seen in their office first..,.,but the name brand rx was ok...name brand $ generic only $20!!!!!!!

Worst experience i have ever had with any medical practice!
