I have never been treated as poorly as I was treated by this doctor’s office. The staff and nurse were extremely rude, ill-mannered and unprofessional. During the initial nurse/patient consultation, the nurse never looked at me, she sat with her back to me and asked question after question; unconcerned, impersonal and negligent of human interaction as one could be. After the series of questions from the nurse, Dr. Broder passed word through the nurse; because I was 10 minutes late to arrive to the appointment, he was canceling my appointment and I would have to reschedule. From there, things only got worse but are too lengthy and laborious to describe here.

I will not be going back and would encourage you to look elsewhere as well if you desire genuine, empathetic healthcare from a professional staff; someone who has your health and well being at the center of their practice.
