I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. The restrooms here are not clean. I would advise going before you leave the house. They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through.
