Dr. Wiss is very knowledgable, however his office staff repeatedly demonstrated incompetence and my daughter's overall experience with his practice was poor. It got to the point that my daughter had to switch Doctors without ever resolving her medical issue!
Dr. Wiss has in my opinion, a management awareness problem. His staff and outsource affiliates are rude and it detracts severly from his and the practice's potential reputation. Her last appointment consisted of waiting 1.25 hours and having the Dr. leave without ever seeing my daughter on a Friday. His staff failed to inform Dr. Wiss that she was waiting. ?
