They've always been great about returning my phone calls quickly. They usually return my call within a couple days. They had one of the cleanest offices that I've ever seen at any doctor. It was obvious that making sure their patients were safe, and protected from germs was a priority to them. They are the most understanding doctor I've ever had when it comes to appointment times. I have a very busy schedule, but they're always more than willing to work with me and figure out a time that doesn't conflict with my schedule. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I really liked how convenient their parking was at their office. I was able to find a spot very quickly. Wonderful doctor- used for my daughter's kidney reflux from the age of 3 months to age 8. She is now 16 and issue free! Love Dr. Bailey!!!!!
