Absolutly don't waste your time with this doctor because i actually never got to see her. I as a new referred patient from my family doctor had an early 8:30am appointment. I had to drive an hour and 20 minutes to get to the office. I actually arrived at 8am to do paperwork. They finally waited on me at 8:37am. I was the only patient in waiting room. At 9am they took me back to a room the nurse was very friendly but the lady in the front office was very rude and i could hear her cursing. Oh yea by the way they asked for the copay in advance. After sitting in the small room for 2 hours i actually fell asleep in the chair. I went down the hall looking for anyone to help me and a lady on a phone in a side office wanted to know who i was and what i was doing. She said that the doctor had gotten tied up at the hospital. No im sorry or let me get the nurse or we should have told you or any othe explanation. I asked if she would be arriving soon and she didn't know. At this time i asked for my copay back and informed the other 30 people that had arrived in the waiting room to don't waste their time waiting to see the doctor because she wasn't coming.
