They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
Not only were they not helpful, Dr. Cole prescribed me clonazepam while I was pregnant and said it was a Class C medication. I felt uneasy about taking this medicine and did further research, it is a CLASS D! Known to cause birth defects! He didn't even bother to look that up to make sure. This was my second bad experience at his office. He treats women as if they all have "an emotional problem" and it's "all in their head." let's just give women drugs to calm them down instead of treating them with respect! He is young and doesn't take much time with his patients.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.
