I was very concerned about my nephew. He had an ear infection. I was not happy with the pediatrician's explanation, so I asked his grand-parents (my parents) to take him do an ear, nose and throat specialist. I called around and got an appointment with Dr. Frances Wilson. She was fantastic. She prescribed a round of antibiotics, she explained what was going on with his ears. She was very calming and knowledgeable. We appreciate the time she took to explain everything. When we left her office, we felt like she listened to us and that the doctor really, really knew her stuff.
