He went out of his way to make my son feel special and respected, and was very sympathetic to my son's situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.

I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile.
