I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was impressed by how knowledgeable they were about immunizations. They answered every question I had. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed.
