They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

Just terrible. Would not recommend this office. The staff is extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. The doctors treat patients like cattle; apparently, bedside manner has gone out of style here. I saw one doctor (dressed like he was going sailing or yachting; not professional at all) tell a patient IN THE WAITING ROOM that his diabetes prognosis was terrible and things didn't look good. Wow. Apparently, patient confidentiality isn't valued highly at this place either. The wait was about 30 minutes on a slow day. Overall, stay away from Martel's office like your health depended on it.

I believe they tried to provide a holistic experience but they missed it in several areas.
