They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
