Dr. Cohen is Assistant Clinical Professor of Surgery at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, and is one of a select number of surgeons in the country that specializes in minimally invasive thyroid/parathyroid and sinus surgery. He understands the importance of combining function and cosmesis in the surgical management of patients with various head and neck disorders, including tumors of the head and neck. He is also an expert in the medical and surgical treatment of sinus and allergy, including minimally invasive image-guided endoscopic sinus surgery. In 2009 he founded the Southern California Sinus Institute (SCSI), which is the premier center for nose and sinus surgery in Los Angeles. Lastly, he also treats a multitude of patients with snoring and sleep apnea and performs various procedures, including in-office procedures, to treat these patients.Dr. Cohen is also the recipient of the following awards:
