They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Great Doctor :)

They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I didn't mind waiting to see the ENT because my chair was soooo comfortable. They really care about patient comfort at this office. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.
