They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday.
