The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They have extended hours, and they've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. Their staff is very friendly and welcoming. They are warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They have followed up with me after my appointment to see if treatment was working. They are nice but can be overbooked or backed up. This is usually because the physician takes extra time with a patient scheduled for a lesser amount of time or is dealing with an emergency. Been with Dr. O for 25+ years; trust him implicitly.
