They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office.
