This is a Vietnamese doctor's office, so you kind of know what you're getting into. The staff is always very kind to my family and myself. Although the place may seem a little old, cramped, and ghetto, the equipment is in good working order, Dr. Ky and his assistance always use sterile and safe procedures. Dr. Ky himself is pretty nice and speaks English well for a Vietnamese doctor. My last doctor hated speaking to me in English, but I am much more comfortable talking to and asking questions to Dr. Ky.

They don't really keep up with the times when it comes to their office equipment. Everything is old and outdated, and I doubt it's safe for use. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. This person should not be a family practitioner. They are so rude and unfriendly-I will not be returning!
