Their office, although small is quiet, and peaceful. I was able to relax very easily. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to call me with a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. The office staff is friendly and competent and the nurse calls me back when I have left messages for her.

Dr. Halverson is always kind, easy to talk to and attentive. He came highly recomended by other people in town and I enjoy going to see him. Of course, he's not an expert on everything but he is quick to refer me to an expert if I need one. The staff always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The staff really knows what they're doing and I feel confident about their ability to treat me. They're able to answer most of my questions and if they can't, they don't try but do get back to me with the answer. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
