My mom saw this so called doctor in March, the office was ordered to place referrals for her. Very important, yet as of today they had not. My mom called today and now the staff has said they were placed TODAY, the reason being is that he had not finished the office visit notes! Wtf!!!! I called Dignity to very if they placed the referrals it foes not look like they did, I need to call tomorrow. This office is acting like being sick is a joke, if this was their family member I'm sure they would feel upset over this. Tell besides filing a grievance, what can I do?....yes we will be looking for a new physician but now an even longer delay for my mom. More suffering!! Help
