They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly not trained and not always that pleasant. Their attitude are very RUDE and HORRIBLE. Most of their patients are old Vietnameses who can not speak English so that is the reason the staffs treat them like dust. I really feel sorry for these patients. I've never been in there when the waiting room are packed of people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. The waiting area was overcrowded and too small.
Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in.
