I called this provider to make an appointment. The Receptionist is rude and seemed lazy. I was a potential first time patient. I asked if they accept my insurance. She stated yes but there is probably a copay $50.00 to $75.00 co pay for a general exam. She would not know until I showed up. I asked if she could find out and call me once I gave her all my info. She said you can find out yourself by calling your insurance company. That said, my insurance is not specific to her office. However there should NOT be a copay for a general exam. Previous experience has taught me, only the medical office can insure the copay is correct. She was very short and not welcoming to a new patient. No thanks.

NO STAR. This office refused an insulin refill because I was on vacation and could not go pay them. Caused me to go to hospital. Receptionist is the most rude person in medical. Stay away if you value your life. They only want your money, they do not care if you die.
