After years of seeing Chun as a patient, it's finally time to find a new provider. Dr. Chun is knowledgeable, but unfortunately his hours of availability/appointments are very limited and the office staff is incompetent. Difficult to reach anyone to schedule an appointment and they never return calls.

I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered, their staff is not friendly at all, and the office is a mess.

Dr. Chun never gives you anymore then a one month prescription at a time, so that you will have to keep coming in. He has no bed side manners, and no one can read his prescriptions causing problems every time that you go to the pharmacy. No one on the outside can read his chart when copied.

The only reason that I have to go back is because I can't find anyone taking new patients. You can always get into this office because they make an appointment for two patients at the same time, and he hasn't the business of other doctors.
