Terrible, please think twice and research before scheduling any type of appointment

I had an EMG test with Mr. Baker, he was polite, but did not shut the door during the test. I attempted to get my results and was never able to get them, I am writing this over three weeks after my test. When asked to put in writing why the results were not available, Baker refused. We requested a complaint form, which every office should have, he said there were none. Baker is unprofessional and unorganized. If you have a lifetime to wait, then Baker is for you, if you want someone who cares about the pain you are experiencing and your condition, go somewhere else.
